Collie E. Coats, Jr.
Collie E. Coats, Jr., President of the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., is a lifelong servant leader with a deep commitment to youth and community empowerment. A retired Director of Coconut Grove Cares and former U.S. Army Sergeant, he founded the Teen King Project and has served as a Job Corps Art Instructor. As a local artist, Collie continues to inspire through teaching, murals, and community art shows. Recognized with numerous awards, including a 2009 nomination as Artist of the Year by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. South Chapter, his leadership reflects the foundation's mission of service, creativity, and opportunity.

Victor L. Coats
Victor L. Coats, Vice-President & Treasurer of the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., brings extensive administrative and financial leadership to the organization. A Supervisor with the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Court and Youth/Royal Ambassador Director at Grace of God Baptist Church, he is dedicated to mentorship, governance, and service. His background includes supervisory work with the Children's Home Society of Miami-Dade County, academic studies in Public Administration at Miami Dade College, and extensive training through Southern Baptist seminars. Victor's stewardship ensures the foundation's resources are managed with excellence, accountability, and purpose.
Vice -President / Treasurer
Harriol Coats, Chaplain of the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., is a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant whose career earned him Meritorious Service and Defense awards. Also, he has served 20+ years in Business System Management at Homestead Air Force Base and brings discipline, structure, and leadership to the foundation. An associate pastor at Grace of God Baptist Church, Harriol holds a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Liberty University, along with specialized training in church business. He provides spiritual guidance, counseling, and participates in both local and overseas missions. His faith-driven leadership ensures the foundation remains rooted in service, integrity, and spiritual purpose.

Dianne Coats-Davis, Secretary of the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., is a retired Director of Agenda Coordination for Miami-Dade County and an active Community Council Board Member. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a charter member of Miami Dade College. Holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Business Administration, Diane combines her professional expertise with a heart for service. She has contributed as a guest speaker, facilitator, school volunteer, and Autism Speaks Walkathon participant, while also remaining active in her church's support services. Her leadership strengthens the foundation's impact and community outreach.

Marilyn D. Coats-Morning, Clerk of the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., is a dedicated educator with more than 30 years of service in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, primarily in alternative education. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Business Management from Liberty University. Marilyn's background also includes leadership in retail and marketing during her tenure with Jordan Marsh Department Store, as well as service as a youth camp counselor. Her dedication to community and church activities has earned her numerous awards and recognitions. Marilyn's organizational skills and commitment to service support the foundation's mission to uplift families and communities.

Executive DirectorAshley R. Brown serves as the Executive Director of the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., where she provides strategic leadership and oversees the Foundation's operations to ensure its mission is carried out with excellence and purpose. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Data Analysis with a concentration in Leadership from Liberty University, bringing strong organizational insight and a results-driven approach to her role. Guided by faith and service, Mrs. Brown leads with collaboration and vision—building partnerships, strengthening programs, and advancing community-centered initiatives that honor the Foundation's legacy while positioning it for continued growth and impact.
Brandon H. Wilson
Associate DirectorBrandon H. Wilson serves as the Associate Director of the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., where he plays a key role in advancing the Foundation's mission and strategic goals. He provides leadership and operational support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and committee teams to ensure alignment across programs and initiatives. Mr. Wilson holds a B.F.A. in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and an M.F.A. in Web Design & Interactive Media from the University of Miami. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and faith-driven service, he helps strengthen systems and build a culture of excellence that empowers communities for lasting impact.

Policy & Compliance OfficerEbony R. Coats serves as the Policy and Compliance Officer for the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., where she ensures the organization operates with integrity, transparency, and adherence to ethical and legal standards. She oversees policy development and compliance processes that strengthen accountability and support the Foundation's mission. Ms. Coats holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Miami and an M.S. in Biological and Physical Sciences from the University of Virginia, bringing an analytical and detail-oriented approach to her role. Guided by faith and excellence, she is dedicated to promoting good governance and sustaining the Foundation's commitment to empowering communities through service.

Director of HospitalityDestinee R. Moore serves as the Director of Hospitality for the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., where she oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of the Foundation's events and community initiatives. Her creativity, attention to detail, and organizational expertise ensure that each event reflects the Foundation's mission while fostering engagement and impact within the community. Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Event Management from Florida International University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Miami Dade College. With a strong foundation in hospitality and business, she brings professionalism, innovation, and a passion for excellence to every event she leads. Through her dedication, the Foundation continues to host meaningful experiences that celebrate service, connection, and community growth.

Ms. Coats holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Exercise Science, bringing a strong foundation in teamwork, motivation, and program coordination. Guided by her passion for service and community well-being, she cultivates a culture of participation, excellence, and faith-driven engagement that advances the Foundation's mission.
Albrenna Richardson-Wilson
Director of Development & FundraisingAlbrenna (Al-bree-nuh) Richardson-Wilson serves as the Director of Development and Fundraising for the Collie Edison & Willie T. Coats Foundation, Inc., where she leads efforts to build donor relationships, secure funding, and strengthen the Foundation's financial sustainability. She oversees fundraising campaigns, sponsorships, and partnership development, ensuring that every effort aligns with the Foundation's mission and long-term goals. Mrs. Richardson-Wilson holds an M.B.A in with a concentration in Marketing Management from the University of Marylhurst and a B.A. in Mass Communication with a minor in Promotional Marketing from Miami University. With a strong background in marketing and communications, the Foundation continues to expand its reach, strengthen its community partnerships, and build a lasting legacy of impact.
